How to make perfect family break Ireland holidays .holiday comes for children .if your kids feel relax means you feel relax .time of holiday means time of sleeping ,eating playing .and doing some creative work .in this article some suggestions to make your kid relax and boost their energy

1) Encourage your child to do activity-based celebrations. For example, spend time with children making cookies, decorations, cards and gifts. You may suggest letting each child select one activity for the whole family.

2) Prevent your child to use lot of screen time, including video games, computer games and time spent watching television. Lots of screen time decreases their vision strength day by day. Read and tell them about inspiring stories at bed time. Soft music gives each other a gentle massage.

 
 3) Exercise them swimming, riding, dance in holidays instead of do that all in busy school days.  By these activities physically they become strong. Physical activities ensure that a child gets a good night's sleep and these are the simplest and most effective ways to reduce stress .mental exercise like meditation and yoga activities such as relaxation skills, deep breathing ,progressive relaxation, stretching and guided visualization also provide them refreshment. Suggest your kids’ 30 min meditation at least.
